Do not order this product. The item description does not match the lock that is being shipped. The Smart Door Level item # is JFE109, however Wayfair is shipping item #JFE105. I have asked to have the correct lock shipped but they sent me the wrong one again. The item being shipped is NOT a smart lock and does NOT have the z-wave technology. I've received the wrong lock twice and they want me to pay shipping to send it back despite their mistake.

We ordered 3 locks. Two of them worked great. One of them was clearly a returned item, and we couldn't get it to work.
