I like this product. Purchased 4 to replace identical and requested keyed alike as offered on the product page. After installing 2 of 4 discovered NONE were keyed alike, all different. CS stated that wasn’t an option when it was clearly on the product page and wouldn’t refund the full purchase price. Had to go through my payment provider for resolution.

We have used these at our airbb for about one year now and the product has been reliable and of good quality.

The smart deadbolt is great! Really happy with it. The process to receive it could have been better. Dealt with having it be shipped multiple times as the key code was incorrect until I eventually had to get on the phone with Wayfair customer service to then be told the manufacturer does not do custom key code even though the option was there when we purchased.

I use these for my Airbnb’s and it’s very convenient to be able to make codes for each individual guest.

Looks fantastic, works great, easy to install. I like the app as well. Really easy to add new users with their own code and see when they come and go.

They eat through batteries. They do work. Not super intuitive for the programming of “extra”codes and doesn’t always work with my phone. But I do like them for the most part.
