Was gifted a rather large antique buffet and needed something to keep my furry friends from destroying it. This clear folding barrier was just the thing. I have it placed as a protective barrier around the bottom of the buffet and it protects the furniture without being unsightly. Would also work as a gate as intended, but works for me for this purpose, as well. It's a heavy gauge clear plastic and I definitely recommend.

The first gate ordered arrived broken because it was inadequately packaged; fortunately, the replacement arrived undamaged. Given the high price of the item, I feel the plexiglass panels should be of a heavier gauge. Also, the clear plastic hinges have a slightly blue colour compared to the plexiglass panels. Despite the extremely high price and these drawbacks, it is still the most stylish pet gate on the market.
