This was a bust!!! We did everything right it stayed runny. Just like the direction said to do!!! Then what a mess to clean, there’s nothing to hold liquid in the freezer bowl when I lifted it, it went all over my cabinet my wood floor. I really wasted my money on this. Could it be a lemon Sooooo disappointed!!! Also very loud. Not happy!

Love the concept but it’s a process to run the machine

Fell a bit short of my expectations. Next time maybe I’ll stick with regular ice cream makers.

The ice-cream does not get firm enough to put into a cone as pictured. I had to put it into a container and freeze first. the kids love the sprinkle dispenser and haven't tried the warmer yet. I bought 2 more inserts so I could make more flavors since it only make 1 quart at a time, but didn't fit the machine. Even though it said it was for the mix-it-in maker??:( makes me wonder if the machine was an old version???

It is very hard to get the container cold enough to make the ice cream. I am not impressed with this product.

Love love love this, very easy to use and makes great ice cream I recommend using Frontline ice cream mix with this machine taste just like blue bell

Not as great as I thought it would be. First 2 times overs an hour still liquidy & 3rd time froze up.

This Machine looks great, but only for 2-3 persons. Also, the machine takes long to make the ice-cream and the ice-cream comes out too soft and melts really fast.
