We recently ordered this item in tandem with the Luxury Solutions Memory Foam Mattress (Double Twin XL). Before placing the order, we were on the phone with Wayfair support to determine what frame and mattress to purchase. We explained to the Wayfair rep we wanted to be able to have one person sit up while the other is laying down. The Wayfair rep recommended the Divided King bed frame and reaffirmed that was the best option based on our goals multiple times. We also confirmed that the Luxury Solutions Double Twin XL mattress was compatible with this frame. So we placed our order, and these two items were delivered and set up last week. We quickly realized that we were misadvised on ordering a Divided King frame, as it is split width-wise (just below the head) rather than length wise. Because of this, we aren’t able to move our sides of the bed separately, the only option is for them to move together. After further research, we realized the correct frame was the "Split King." So now we have a bed frame that does not accomplish our primary goal, and a set of mattresses that are incompatible with the frame - they slide off when the bed is adjusted up or down. These two items are "ineligible for our return" but we feel we were wrongly advised and urge someone from Wayfair's customer service to remedy this promptly.

I love the bed frame exactly what I wanted. Great price! The shipping time was decent but delayed because only one box came when it should have been two. Problem correct without much effort. Thanks Wayfair!

Great base for my 75-year-old dad who snores and needs a bit more support and features. The under bed lighting is very soft and only under the top section of the bed near the head. Wish they had lighting under the bottom section, too, so that he could see all the corners. Subtracted one star because of the delivery issues and Wayfair's unwillingness to price match when they lowered the price a week after we bought and it was still undelivered.
