Unfortunately, this transaction did not proceed as expected. Two footboards arrived, no headboard, support, rails, hardware, or other peices did. This was a gift for my daughter who has gone through some big changes recently and now we are without a bed, and waiting on the 3-5 day refund. We love Perigolds products but were not pleased with this transaction. Now we are left with two large, heavy foot boards and nothing else. Sad that there wasn’t a better resolution, other than a refund, but glad to have a refund at the very least. I wish it had gone better - the two pieces seem high-quality. The customer service rep did not offer a replacement product, or to send out the necessary pieces to complete the frame, so I am not certain what we will do with these pieces. Wayfair is fraud. They kept sending partial order of this bed on multiple occasions and could both deliver their order. Bad customer service and fraud !
