Battery doesn't hold after a year or lightly use. Now I can't even use it in low speed. Trust me, read and research extensively before getting this and you will change your mind.

Nice blender. Battery did not last with minimal use. Don't buy until All-Clad changes the battery warranty to 5 years or more. The short life indicates a serious design issue with the battery or battery-charge circuit. For this class of product battery should last 10 years or 500 complete charge-discharge cycles. It is the same technology used in many EV's which come with 10 year battery warranties.

I bought this several months ago. First time used it on a very chunky soup was fantastic. Within a minute or 2 the soup was super smoothe. Great product

My immersion blender is out of warranty. It will no longer hold a charge so it’s useless. My next one will not be from AllClad. I’ve purchased and used AllClad pots and pans for years. It’s sad to see a brand tarnished by a poorly designed product.

I gave two stars for esthetic look, design, minimal space for storage. I like the idea of different speed. I loved using it the first year. After that the blender started to give me a problem. Mostly I was using it to make mayo or smoothy. For the last 3 - 4 months I can't even make a mayo on the lowest speed, the indicator is blinking red after the first 2 seconds. Don't know if it can be fixed but buying another one - it's too expensive to last it for 1 years. 6 mo.

I think something is jamming up the shaft of the blender, doesn't turn very well and when trying to use it in any thing more viscous than water it shuts off and the light on top flashes. Only used a few times for soup then promptly washed and put away. Seems to be a common theme with the reviews unfortunately.

Hand held mixer died after a dozen uses. I worked for a while, then just quit charging.

We had this blender for about 6 months and it worked great. Looks beautiful on the counter, is pretty quiet and mixes very well. I’m not sure what happened but one day the blade stopped spinning. I thought maybe it was the motor as the red light would come on each time I tried to use it. Or maybe the smoothie was too thick. After trying a few different ways to reset the mixer, I realized something inside the blade attachment had gone wrong, and the blade now is very difficult to spin. Maybe water got inside and jammed something but I can’t even spin it when disconnected with my finger. I tried to take apart to see but it’s very difficult and would probably make it worse. I’m surprised that something this expensive could fail this way.

This blender was VERY expensive, but I thought it was worth the price until it stopped working, 3 months after the 2-year warranty expired. I had used it very gently, maybe once a month to puree a soup or make a smoothie. Now the motor cuts out after 30 seconds, even if it's just blending water. All-Clad support just says 'Tough luck'.
