However when I spend $3K+ on a desk I expect it to arrive with all the screws tightened and the charger not working or even installed because they didn’t drill a big enough opening. I had to find a screw (under a drawer) for a handle and then had to cut the hole bigger for the wireless charger to install it Only to find out the charger doesn’t work due to the thickness of the top. The desk is awesome. The delivery was terrible. I waited three separate times for their 12 hour window and each time they canceled at the 12th hour. I am very disappointed with this purchase. First of all, the delivery was delayed, and there was no notification or communication about it. When the credenza finally arrived, it looked nothing like the product shown on the website. The color is noticeably different, and the material feels cheap and low-quality.
