Perigold assembly service failed to show up. I asked for the service to be rescheduled and for the cost of the assembly to be refunded to compensate me for my inconvenience. Instead, the agent cancelled the assembly, and said I could reschedule when the cancellation was completed, and that I would be refunded the cost of the assembly but would need to pay for the assembly if I rescheduled it. When I asked for Perigold to make me whole, I was refused because the assembly service is independent. Perigold refused to stand behind their agent nor find a way to compensate me for the inconvenience of waiting. For their service provider who never showed up. I’ll never shop with Perigold again.

Trash quality, showed up destroyed, now another month before it ships. Absolute garbage product for $2,600

This desk looks exactly like it does in the picture. It is heavy and well constructed. I am very pleased with it.
