The bed is beautiful and sturdy but during shipment we encountered 1) extensive delays, 2) a cancellation of order (prolonging delays), and 3) upon placing a second order, a defective bed being delivered. The bed we received had damage with the upholstering and frame, but we were met with good customer service from the Wayfair team who helped resolve the issue to satisfaction.
