I really adore noir. Its a bit outside what I like to spend, but the pieces are more than simple decor. you cannot simply get one of these items and expect it to look stunning without engaging with the piece and area around it in a creative way. I am a poet and painter, and most of my life is spent cultivating interest in whatever ways I can. Their vision of what furniture is allowed to be has changed the way I look at the spaces I am working to make beautiful. I dont have all of what I need to finish the room as it takes me time to collect things, and I am building a few of the other pieces, but the overall conception I have for this room is something that I think will inspire any other artists visiting the space. very cool thing to push your audience to do. My writing room is already well on the way to being something wonderful. I had to wait for an open box deal on the desk, which took an eternity and honestly involved a lot of luck. But hey. The shoddy table with the tablecloth is temporary while building a better box. There will be several ladders and staircases about as well. Going for an MC escher inspired room :) Cant wait until it comes together <3
