It was dropped off. Still in package and place in my dining room. It was to be a full service delivery. This is four delays. Then after all of that this is my second attempt to deliver minus the full service assembly. After I finally unwrapped the two headboards both were damaged. Also, no hardware or instruction on attaching to frame.

The headboard is awesome and beautiful. I would have given only 1 star, but the headboard is worth 10. But, the delivery process was a total mess. After several reschedules to accommodate delivery on my day off, I finally settled on whatever day it was being delivered. What a mess. The headboard felt like it weighed at least 300 pounds. Not easy for a 67 year old woman having to lift it off the driveway, drag it inside my gate and cover it with a tarp so it wouldn’t get rained on then the next day make room in the garage to drag it in there. This all could have been avoided if the delivery date I arranged had been done on my day off then I would have had the driver place it in the garage and haul off the oversized wood pallet which weighs close to the headboard. So now I’m stuck with the pallet. Love the headboard and it’s quality and especially because it’s made in the USA but terribly disappointed in the lack of communication in honoring a confirmed schedule by multiple times; that gets no stars as far as I’m concerned because it doesn’t make up for all the bruises, cuts and scrapes I endured.
