This headboard is very heavy and feels like very good quality furniture. The upholstery is thick and well cushioned, great for sitting up in bed. It’s beautiful and tall and makes a statement!

This has been one of the worst experiences that I have ever had. I ordered a headboard. It was delivered without the hardware to install it. Many calls later, the issue is not resolved. I have had a hard time reaching a supervisor. No one has call me back. I am stuck with a heavy headboard that cannot be installed and is useless. Please have someone call me. It has, and continues to be, an awful experience. I am very upset.
