This product basically was 70% bright white on the front, not natural wood. I am able to return but was very disapointed in how drastically different the appearance is on the wayfair site. Everyone knows that there can be some slight color differences when you are ordering online, but this was blatant poor representaton of the product. Wayfair and the manufacturer said they would NOT refund the return charge because there is a clause that says that the wood can vary, i would say a variance of this amount would warrant not charging the shipping to return. Wayfair or the manufactuer should contact me to refund the "shipping charge to return".
