Easy to assemble. Well packed. High quality

Nice item but arrive damaged. Spoke with customer service immediately and they said they would send a repair person. I assembled the item and threw away the packaging. Two days later they said they couldn’t fix it and I would have to send it back. This is a big bulky item with complicated packaging. I told them I could not return it due to packaging it since it was wrapped in paper plastic and tons of clear tape, plus it had been assembled. They started to send a replacement and said if I didn’t return it I would be charged for both. I have spent thousands on wayfair items in the past and this is unacceptable. I currently have a damaged item and am very unhappy.
