Beautiful!

Delivery didn't go well. The desk was very broken. However you made the return/credit process seamless, fair and effortless. Wonderful!!!

Beautiful desk. Construction seems very substantial. Finish is very nice, appears as pictured. Six of the drawers lock, which is a very useful feature. Drawers glide smoothly. This is a big desk with plenty of storage space.

Came on the day it was supposed to. Polite men set up the desk. Desk is just what we wanted and is great.

VERY confusing & disappointing (This review form is for Brookhaven desk was my FIRST desk purchase - I'm responding about my SECOND desk purchase of "Hekman" desk - order #3163561215) - 9/10/19 Mary Beth was SPECIFICALLY told "white glove service or I won't order desk because its too heavy for us to assemble". Mary Beth took order "of course we'll provide white glove service" w/ delivery date of Friday, 9/13, even commenting "wow that's a really quick delivery time." (Desk never delivered on 9/13 as scheduled, so "assumed" it was mistake & delivery would be the NEXT Friday) . On 9/18, rec'd text msg saying "delivery coming on 9/19 between 4:00 - 8:00 "AM". (Time frame was laughable so realized it was error) On 9/19, 8:30 AM, rec'd computer generated voice msg. that "desk to be delivered in 10 minutes". Carrier delivered desk to door saying they had no info of white glove service. Called Perigold and spoke with Daniel who advised records show no white glove service but go ahead & open boxes. (Delivery service kind enough to bring boxes inside as rain was imminent.) Upon getting desk inside, found damage to "drawer guide". Daniel asks for email explaining problems & photos which were sent. Daniel said "Angela Young would take care of it, sending someone out to assemble desk early next week". Rec'd ANOTHER request from Perigold for photos, which were sent again. (Angela also left voice mail asking for photos.) Spoke w/Angela today (9/24) who apologized & said she'd contact someone to (get quote, approve quote & schedule) someone to assemble desk & repair drawer glide. I'm still living with huge boxes in my office & no working desk. (NOTE - this is 2nd desk we've bought from Perigold this month at a total of approximately $5,000! We own two businesses and this is affecting our productivity.) Angela advised she will correct problem & I hope that problem is resolved quickly as this has been a huge inconvenience. (I was considering buying additional furniture but will wait to see how this problem is addressed.)
