I am furious. This was supposed to be white glove. The delivery people said they have no record. Perigold said it would take 4-5 days to send someone. We are Senior Citizens, and that desk weighs 400 pounds. So we decide to unbox it anyway, and the pallet is SCREWED TO THE BOTTOM OF THE DESK. We were expecting my husband would be up and running tomorrow, so the need to have it set up was crucial. Plus the bag of desiccant broke open and we have little balls all over the floor. After spending thousands with this company over the years, they have lost my business. If we didn’t have my son here, there is no way we could have accomplished unboxing, and even with him, a huge struggle for us. The desk came assembled and is great, except one of the top panels is slightly raised. But as I said, it’s the last thing I’m ordering from this Company.

Fabulous, classy desk. Everything I hoped for. VERY heavy.

Love the desk, but received it damaged. A replacement was sent and it too had a crack in the top because the delivery guys just let it fall on its end off the truck. The instructions say 3-4 men need to be on delivery team and only 2 showed up. The desk weights 400 pounds. I was told I could take a discount for the damage and would see it in no more then 5 business days. Over 3 weeks later still have not seen the credit. I would reconsider ordering any heavy item from Wayfair unless there are better contracted delivery people in your area.

This gorgeous desk fits perfectly in my office in every way... it's classy, functional, and remarkably attractive. BUT I have a note to buyers: Beware. This massive desk arrived to me already assembled in one piece, despite the fact that the website said "assembly required." There was no way this 400lb giant was making it through any doorway I have... so my husband and I had to disassemble the desk, move it in pieces (and it's HEAVY), and reassemble in the office. This was a multi-hour VERY technically complicated process and commitment. If you are okay with doing those things to get this beautiful piece of furniture, go for it! It's definitely worth it.

Beautiful desk. The first time it was delivered, it arrived damaged and the drawers were not functional. Wayfair shipped another desk in it's place, and it also arrived damaged. This time the drawers worked, and we opted to keep it at a discount due to the hassle. Cosmetic damage was worse than it was on the first delivery though.

Absolutely beautiful desk and very sturdy. It has very solid drawers that slides on ball-bearing rails. It's expensive but very worth it. Only issue: there was damage to two corners likely during shipping. Wayfair offered a generous discount and I'm happy. Will definitely order from Wayfair again.
