Beautiful piece. Unfortunately, quality control is lacking. The coat rack arrived with entirely too much damage. Some damage definitely could have happened in transit, but there is some damage that resemble more of an imperfection that was ignored before shipping. Would not advise purchasing.

Love the coat rack but the packaging was ridiculous! Paper just twisted around it and another box cut down taped over the top the base broke thru the box was scuffed up!! My husband was able to stain the areas that needed it but seriously, that’s the best packaging you can think of 4 stars for the packaging only, the coat rack itself is great!

The construction and materials are very ruff and rustic. There are cracks and scrapes that make it look damaged. Planned to use it in our homes main mission style entryway. Instead, I am putting it in the basement garage level of our cabin.

Heavy good quality- the 4 stars is for the length of time it took to receive. Quite a bit longer than most items
