Very cheap product for the price - finish very disappointing - assembly instructions not good - am having someone come to finish assembly - would not recommend the product to anyone - just relieved I purchased it for myself and not for a client

It exceeded expectations. It is a solid wood construction and has mass. All the pieces fit together with precision. Assembly was straightforward. It looks good and is functional, just as I wanted. And it was delivered to me in just a few days (not 6 weeks like bookcases offered at other sites).

Cheaply made and do not like the color. The packaging is atrocious. I filled up two extra large bags with styrofoam and have styrofoam bits flying around the house. Luckily, I have access to a recycler who takes styrofoam- a material that should be banned.

Bookcases was well packaged and delivered on time. It is a sturdy, attractive, functional piece of furniture that can be easily used in various places about the home and blend with various types of decor. Quite heavy. A solid piece of furniture at a reasonable price.

Easy to assemble - a beautiful piece. Quality wood and beautiful design. Don't let the imitators out there fool you. This has two sets of cross pieces on both levels - the cheaper versions do not. Highly recommend

I bought 2 of these; they were very easy to assemble even for this 63 year old woman and look nice in the small room where I have them.

We ordered two (2) of these bookcases by this manufacturer and they are even nicer than expected!! Quality white oak with a stationary middle shelf (just what we wanted) and the driftwood finish just as lovely. The pieces arrived quickly in two boxes (packed well without damage) and although there was apparently a miscommunication of sorts (the furniture was dropped off at our front door) after calling Customer Service the assembly issue was resolved professionally and in a timely manner. Let me also add that I was extremely pleased when calling Customer Service to discover the call was actually answered in the good old U.S.A. My call wasn't re-routed to the Philippines or India but rather to Bangor, Maine Can't say enough good things about PERIGOLD or those folks who they employ.
