Fantastic. Being able to work with my Perigold representative and Bernhardt in tandem was key. I chose an upholstery that was very versatile and it looks great. This sofa sectional is well made and comfortable. The shape of it is unique and makes for a cozy conversation. So happy with this purchase.

We spent $10,000 on a couch that is the wrong shape. I spoke with a Wayfair representative at length prior to placing our order for the Bernhardt Sydney Sectional to ensure the order was correct. They went over the order several times because there was confusion as to whether the couch should right-hand or left hand facing. All along, we wanted the orientation depicted in the image. The image on your website states "Not Shown: Left Hand Facing". This means that the image is showing “Right Hand Facing.” Accordingly, after discussions with the representative, my wife ordered the sectional with “Right-Hand Facing.” The sectional we just received has the orientation opposite of what we were expecting. In addition, there was damage to a piece of the sectional and Wayfair refuses to even replace the piece of the sectional that is torn. Wayfair dropped off an additional end piece yesterday. It is useless. I need the entire couch facing the opposite direction in order to use it. I had a representative assigned to my case, Dee Murphy. Unfortunately, she has not responded to any of my emails and I have not been able to speak with her over the phone. NO ONE is willing to assist me.
