Bernhardt is an exceptional brand that I’ve been loyal to for many years. This sectional is both beautiful and comfortable.

Very disappointed. After only about two months and only 2-3 uses, one of the power recliners stopped working. The headrest went up but will not come back down, and there is no motor response. I purchased this sofa because I trusted the Bernhardt brand and expected premium quality, especially for a 8000 sofa. When I contacted Wayfair, I was told there was no warranty listed for this product and was directed to contact Bernhardt. However, Bernhardt’s official warranty states that the electronic reclining mechanism is covered for one year and that warranty claims should be handled through the retailer. At this point, I have been sent back and forth between Wayfair and Bernhardt without a resolution. I sincerely hope this issue is resolved, but so far the customer service experience has been extremely frustrating!
