This curtain rod/track system worked perfect. I ordered two each 96inch tracks for a larger patio window the need two tracks for the entire space. Wayfair was much cheaper than manufacturers site, and Wayfair had longer lengths than big box store that cuts them into smaller pieces. PRO: + Track is very rigid and maintains shape across big span + Painting and finish was perfect (white) + The glides are excellent, glide easily across large space + Ceiling mount was perfect, allow mounting very close/tight to ceiling. singe screw holds mount in-place, and allows easy removal. I didn't need wall mount, but the hardware was really good quality. CON: - No instructions on ceiling mount (had only instructions for wall mount) - No slice connector included. I am very happy with this curtain rod. It is really pretty, nice quality, and it was easy to install. Kontur is a wood rod wrapped in a high density laminate with an aluminum channel inserted to provide a high efficiency traverse system. The laminate prevents the wood from warping and is scratch resistant, as well as dye lot consistent. You can now order multiple rods and they will all be the same color! Kontur has a modern look but is so refined in appearance; it will still be fashionable for years to come.

These rods are really nice and look great. The 4 rather than a 5 is because the the finial is part of the track so the draperies don't stop at the end of the rod but go all the way to the end of the finial.
