I'm amending my review because the problems that I had with the clock were caused by me . After discussing the problem with the Wayfair Ridgeway representative , we determined that my lack of knowledge was the problem. I'm very happy with the clock. It's gorgeous. It keeps very good time and I love it. I'm extremely disappointed in this clock. I paid a lot of money for it to avoid buying a used clock that would be somebody else's headache. But this clock has turned into my own headache. I had a professional come and set it up. Ever since that day it has never kept time. Now here I am weeks into having it and my clock professional is just about ready to give up. For what I paid, I should have a decent clock that keeps time. It's a beautiful piece and I love the way it looks in my house but as a timepiece it's pretty much worthless. I would never recommend buying this clock.

Im not happy with this clock. Weve paid a clock repairman 120 to come to our home twice and fix this clock. It doesnt keep the correct time. Very frustrating. We paid way too much money for a clock that doesnt work.

I love this clock because it is different and it is tall. I have cathedral ceilings and it makes my old grandfather clock, which hasn't worked for 20 years, look like a grandmother's clock.
