Cheap paper dial. Wood work is marginal.

I love the low profile chiming mantle clock I ordered. It fits perfectly in the spot I have reserved for it. Has a beautiful sound. Very happy. Received it very quickly. I am so happy!!

Well, it is lighter than it looks but I love it! I wanted the darker oak since it was going to be on a walnut type cabinet. But, I really like to be able to turn off chime since we have one of Howard Miller pendulum chimes so didn’t want both going off. I wanted the larger numbers and a good looking clock for our family room. This is perfect and keeps perfect time!

Not worth the money. If you bought this thinking that you want a mantel clock but they are too expensive. Save up your money.

Poor quality, awful service. The clock keeps accurate time, but the chimes go off four minutes late and there's no way to fix it. I have had multiple chats with online help and have talked to their technical rep. There's no phone number to reach a live company rep and I am unable to arrange an exchange after three weeks of effort!

a very beautiful clock, love it, but I feel the color is much darker than pictured, so was very disappointed. don't like shipping back unless I hate an item or totally unacceptable item. if I didn't mind shipping back hassles, I would have shipped back as I searched a very long time to find an oak mantle clock. based on picture I thought it was an exact match to my oak. it looks more like a walnut color to me. beautiful otherwise.

We are very pleased with this clock. The chimes sound lovely and we like the option of lowering the volume or shutting it off during the night. It has been keeping excellent time since it was delivered one week ago. Great quality and arrived very well packaged. This was our third purchase from Wayfair and I'm sure it won't be our last.
