Just as described. Exactly as I expected. Well packed, quick delivery.. Beautiful clock & chimes sound amazing. Just a side note one battery operates the time, the other operates the pendulum & chimes. When Installed the batteries the clock kept time but the pendulum nor chimes were working. I thought the clock was defective however it turned out one of the batteries was defective. Replaced both & no issues
