The clock is very attractive but not as well made as the original one I had. The glass bevel ring hits the side of the clock when you open to wind the clock and is marking up the finish. It came and it took me a little bit of time to realize the Westminster Chimes were not striking properly. I have been out of town for two weeks. Received the clock on January 3, 2023 called today (2/16) to see about a return and since it is past 30 days they will not let me return the clock even though it doesn't chime properly. For a product this expensive I should be able to return this close to the 30 day return policy. Very, very surprised and disappointed in Wayfair. This will keep me from ever purchasing from them again!!! I will also share my concerns with others and suggest they not buy from Wayfair.
