Not happy with the color- it did not match my expectations- and very disappointed in the inability to return or exchange for items I would like.

Nice pillow, well made, I actually wanted a slightly darker hue, but couldn't find it. I also don't understand why the insert is as heavy as it is. But the quality is good.

The pillows were not the color as represented online. I didn't return them. Keeping them and using in another room. the material is nice but make odd. Three sides have piping on the edges, but the one side that has the zipper is flat. Would not buy this again and definitely not worth the ridiculous price!!

I’m not happy at all. The website states is a velvet pillow however, when I received the order i see the label of the pillow and says 100% poliéster. Also the feeling is not natural fabric. It feels fake. I called and complaint and they gave me a small discount. Your website has misleading information. Thank you for reading my review. Michael

The Franklin pillows are great. Very good fabric, the fill in the pillow is generous and they maintain their shape nicely. We have mixed these with our designers selection of custom pillows in our home and they hold their own with the custom fabric pillows and look very nice. Would definitely order these again.

Very nice pillows. Well made. Would buy them again. But packaging was a little scary - pillow pushed up to very top of card board box with tape that needed to be cut. Most senders have something in between the item and the necessity to cut open the box. I was thankful I cut the tape shallowly. Shocked when I opened the box and realized another fraction of and inch and I would have cut the pillow.

They're great. I ordered two green and 2 blue. didn't work so sent blue back and ordered 2 more Dublin greens. 26x26. Please if you see the order, expedite. Thank you
