Love the picture but disappointed in the finish. I inquired about the meaning of a glass coat from your concierge service, spoke to two different people and they were unable to explain what that meant. Was unhappy with it when it came and called customer service. Unfortunately they were unwilling to exchange for the finish I preferred because it’s made to order. It was a pricey piece and I’m so disappointed that it’s not what I expected.
