We just cooked burgundy beef using 3 of our new pieces. The onions slid out of the sauce pan into the pot containing the beef, I never saw anything so wonderful in my whole life. After it cooled down, I cleaned it under running water with my bare hand and a drop of dawn liquid. My husband was a hard sell and he has been sold 100%. Thank you for stocking such a pretty color and such a magnificent product!! Do they make larger pots and pans with lids? I did a ridiculous amount of research before buying these GreenPan GP5 pans, and I’m happy to say they were worth it. Eggs slide around like they’re on ice, food cooks evenly on my gas stove, and cleanup takes about 10 seconds. The real test? Someone in my house used a fork instead of a spatula and the pan survived without a meltdown.
