We just cooked burgundy beef using 3 of our new pieces. The onions slid out of the sauce pan into the pot containing the beef, I never saw anything so wonderful in my whole life. After it cooled down, I cleaned it under running water with my bare hand and a drop of dawn liquid. My husband was a hard sell and he has been sold 100%. I have the 3 size Reserve pan collection. I have used the 10in pan just about everyday. I purchased my pans 8/2023. The bottom of this pan still looks brand new. Just recently I noticed a little pitting in my pan but 3 years that can happen, so I now have 2 others left 8in and 12in, I have no complaints the foods doesn’t stick and very easy to clean, Also used in the oven a bunch of times I never put my pan in the dishwasher and no metal utensils.
