Good griddle, but it doesn’t heat evenly. If I’m doing 4 pancakes, the bits toward the corners don’t cook the same as the bits toward the center.

This is a heavy, very good quality griddle. Even non-greasy meat (Bison) does not stick to it. Cleans up very fast. My husband hates cleaning the broiler pan for the oven when I do burgers on it. This works great on my induction range and makes using the oven unnecessary.
