We just cooked burgundy beef using 3 of our new pieces. The onions slid out of the sauce pan into the pot containing the beef, I never saw anything so wonderful in my whole life. After it cooled down, I cleaned it under running water with my bare hand and a drop of dawn liquid. My husband was a hard sell and he has been sold 100%. Thank you for stocking such a pretty color and such a magnificent product!! Do they make larger pots and pans with lids? I just bought this so have only used it three times. I can say that the pan seems very sturdy, well made, does heat quickly as stated in the advertising, and so far nothing sticks (fried chicken & potatoes, pancakes, reheated food).
