Great! Soft when getting in, but firm to sleep on!

I bought this mattress over a year ago. After a few months, deep indentations formed where my wife and I slept. We sought to warranty the mattress. The inspector told us the mattress was clearly defective, and if it was any other brand, we'd certainly get a replacement mattress. He submitted the information and then it was rejected because the deep pits aren't deep enough. I can't imagine ever buying another Beautyrest mattress. They don't stand behind their product.

Very comfortable. Husband said he didn't want to get out of bed the first morning after sleeping on it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Omg this product was like no other thick,soft,fluffy and can you say the inserts that are inside is like no other.Been able to sleep comfortable and exstatic is what i look for when having a product like this. When it comes to this product there was no cons.
