This toilet arrived with a cracked tank. I tried to buy a conversion kit for another tank and it didn’t work so now I’m into a toilet and a conversion kit that is worthless and I no longer have the packaging because I tried to still keep it and make it work Versus going through the hassle of a refund and now I’m miserable that I’m stuck with both that serve no purpose for me at all

Very good quality it’s high not low to the ground

This toilet works very well, no doubt. Even so, although it's glazed on the interior, it's not quite as slick as you'd think! Also, I was somewhat disappointed to find that the glazing on the tank lid did not completely cover the lid. There was a good portion of the back of the lid that was unglazed, as well as the entire under surface of the lid. Some of it was smeared and it looked like a sloppy job. You'd probably never see that, but if you install this toilet more than an inch or two away from the wall, you'll probably notice it. I would think that for $500, you could get a decent glazing job on the porcelain in all visible places. There were some hardware installation pieces missing. My plumber had to get some bolts and washers out of his truck to attach the bowl to the floor. Those were missing from the package. I was happy to see that the tank and bowl were shipped separately, and each one was double-boxed. I was also very pleased that even with free shipping, Wayfair managed to have FedEx deliver the items in 2 days, from Georgia to Texas. Amazing! You will have to buy a separate seat with this toilet. Even though I called Wayfair to verify, and they let me know that no separate seat would be required, I investigated further and found that was not true. So I had to buy a seat. Thank goodness I realized that before it was too late, so that the seat could be delivered with the toilet, and everything could be assembled together. One final point of caution. If you order the biscuit colored model, be sure to note the numeral 96 at the end of the model number. On the Wayfair website, it shows that this has a "white" finish. However, that's not correct. It is actually biscuit. In the end, I think you'll be glad you chose this model. It's expensive, but does work well.

I like this toilet, need time to get use to it, it’s higher and the flush is very different, but it’s beautiful and I do like the continuous cleaning and the 360 flush, great features.
