Fabulous all around! My Toto Drake toilets arrived less than 24 hours after I placed my order. They’re now installed and we’re all loving them! I went down the toilet search rabbit hole for months and finally decided to get the ones I initially wanted. Months wasted over trying to find the best one when it was right in front of me the entire time. Silly me.. Marianthe. South Burlington, VT. Mon Aug 11 2025

I had the worst experience with Wayfair. The toilet came broken into pieces, and when I asked for refund, they asked me to return the broken toilet back to them and then wait for 3-5 days to get refunded. They also sent me the wrong bidet, a cheaper version compare to the one I purchased. I am frustrated because Wayfair said the toilet will get delivered the next day when I placed the order, but it ended up taking 2 weeks to delivery, and then I found out the toilet is broken into pieces and they sent the wrong bidet. And now they asked me to return everything and they have to approve my return before I can get refund...they make me go toilet-less for a month and kept my $2000! I will never buying anything from Wayfair anymore, because they sent me a cheaper alternative, a broken item, and they lied about the delivery time to trick you to buy things from them.. Fh. Rarely is something so beautiful equally equipped with impressive power. The toilet features a powerful flushing system that ensures the bowl is thoroughly cleared and cleaned with every flush. Designed with skirted sides for quick, easy cleaning and a smart, contemporary look, it uses just 1.28 gallons of water per flush, making the toilet the perfect choice for eco-friendly elegance. This collection utilizes an astute mix of simple curves and flowing forms.

I’ve written this review multiple times and it keeps showing up. I said the same thing in each review. This order was cancelled because I thought it was a full toilet and it was only the bowl. I am sure it is a fine toilet but since the order was cancelled, I can’t comment.. Mary. Columbus Ohio. Wed Jul 13 2022
