Nice modern look toilet. I was concerned the low GPM would be an issue but it is not. I paired the Aquia IV with Toto's s550e washlet for seamless pass-thru water line and electric cord. Added an auto-flush module (THU765) for s550e so I do not use the top flushing buttons and can't speak to whether or not i prefer them on top or a different toilet design where the flush handle is on the side. This is the most terrible experience I have had with wayfair. When the toilet arrived, we opened the top of the boxes to check it is not Broken. My plumber finally came to install it and it and found out that 4 inner components are missing. Plumber said this looked like a returned item that Wayfair sent to me. Have this in another bath - actually it is the 3rd Toto toilet we've bought. Will not buy any other brand. Love the straight sleek sides - easy to clean. Had to move water line underneath toilet to install. Comfortable. Maybe a little large for a small bathroom but overall good. UPDATE: I have loved ALL my Wayfair purchases so I hate to add a negative review here...overall this toilet is good BUT when you go #2 almost always it leaves skid marks. I have to keep a brush by the toilet and brush it down every time. Quite annoying!!! My kids of course don't brush it so by the time I get there, it hardens and I have to scrub it. TOTO quality and sleek form factor. I ordered this skirted dual flush two piece sans seat so I can use it with an S Series Washlet (pronounced “washret” in Japanese). The internal flange thing is kind of weird and there is a gasket that is seated blindly when mounted. Initially had leaks.
