TOTO quality and sleek form factor. I ordered this skirted dual flush two piece sans seat so I can use it with an S Series Washlet (pronounced “washret” in Japanese). The internal flange thing is kind of weird and there is a gasket that is seated blindly when mounted. Initially had leaks. A few tries and another wax ring later, double checking ALL seal points I got it. Quite. Smooth.
