It's not installed yet, so going out on a limb as to what I think. But I did a lot of comparison shopping on your site and am hoping it's going to be great. Love the sleek look. It arrived beautifully packaged.

Have had several Toto Drake toilets in the past that have been great although not this particular model. When ordered, the website showed 5 in stock with delivery estimate of 2 days. Order was "on hold" for a couple of days and then showed "backordered". Estimated delivery was then showing February 12 (26 days after ordering) but it was actually delivered January 31...yes, on a Sunday, 2 weeks after the original order. Fortunately, new floors won't be installed for a couple of more weeks so was not in a hurry for it. The toilet tank and toilet seat/wax ring & bolts were packed very securely for shipping. The base (66 lbs.) was packed in a box with 2 pieces of styrofoam that had compressed to the point that the base was shifting around inside the box. Fortunately, did not find a scratch on it or the other separately much-better packed items. All the parts look great and can't wait to install it after the new floors are installed. Knocked off a star for taking 2 weeks to ship when it was supposed to be in stock. Will update after installation if need be.

We ordered 5 for the whole house. A fraction of the price in the stores! Installing shortly!
