[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As architects and designers, we need to selected stock vanities for a project our first choice is Signature Hardware. We like to all wood construction and that it come with top and sink and we can get the top holes for the selected faucet (one or three holes) . Our Clients always like these vanities .

I love the Vanity, and it's currently in storage while I work on the bathroom. But why the lack of information on this top and sink? In particular, where does the drain hole sit? Who is the maker for it and the undermount? Frustrating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Buying a vanity online without seeing the construction of the piece in person is a gamble these days - even if it claims to be constructed of wood. It far exceeded our expectations! We were trying to finish up one of our bathrooms and opted to purchase an all-in-one unit to expedite our project. This has dovetail joinery on the drawers and everything is very solid. The soft close hinges are great and so far have withstood many forceful openings and closings from young children for the last 6 months or so. The drawers are very useful are deep enough to hold rolls of toliet paper and the regular size bottles of children's liquid medicines. The quartz countertop and sink clean up nicely. I don't have an issue with water pooling anywhere. A few things to keep in mind for those who haven't installed this style vanity before - 1) Don't expect to use the shelf that comes in the center cabinet. After installing the sink components, it would not work for our installation. 2) If you have this vanity next to a wall, expect a gap between the cabinet and the wall. May seem like common sense, but if you don't do this everyday you may not think of it at the time of purchase. 3) Expect to cut the back of the cabinet to make the plumbing connections work. Not a big deal, just an FYI so you know what tools you may need ahead of time to make this install work. It would be nice if there was a corresponding trim piece you could purchase for issue #2, just to refine the look of our next to the wall install. Also, a coordinating wall cabinet or shelves would be nice too.
