Order came in 1 week. The first two boxes arrived perfectly and the tile is gorgeous. We decided to get one more box just in case... it was shipped in a smaller and less sturdy box. Two of the slabs were cracked. Tile is still amazing and looks just like pictured... I just wished they wouldn't be cheap with shipping marble tile! Cut a small slab of marble into strips for the edging. Came out beautiful. In the end, we needed four boxes for our kitchen (really only 3 boxes and 2 more sheets).

The individual tiles are MUCH larger than shown in the picture. I would not have chosen this tile if the size had been accurately portrayed. In addition, the tile arrived in two separate shipments from different locations-obviously not from the same lot. The color variation between the two boxes, is far beyond what I would have expected, even for natural stone. Unfortunately, my timeline doesn't permit me to choose something else. My installer is going to have to perform extra work to blend the two boxes of tile so the variation is not as noticeable. Total disappointment!

Several tile squares arrived with broken pieces. We were under a time crunch with out of state coordination, and several broken tiles were permanently installed. When walking on this tile barefoot, it feels very sharp. However the grout was installed according to the recommended installation method. This quality alone makes it a challenge for any bathroom installation.
