This tile is beautiful. But the packaging is terrible so most of the tiles that you order will be broken. I requested replacement tiles for the broken pieces. That box too, had nearly half of its tile broken. I hope that I have enough to do the job. I would’ve given it five stars if it would’ve been properly packaged and protected.

They are beautiful! They arrived on time and I’m so happy with the way they look in my kitchen

I almost did not buy these tiles because of the reviews of tiles delivered broken. Wayfair must have made improvements because my tiles arrived well packaged and arranged outside my front door on a wood pallet, which helped my back when lifting. Less than 10% have tiny chips in the corners but they are still usable. Only 2 of the 70 I ordered were actually broken. The tiles have beautiful soft hues, just as I had hoped. It’ll be neat to see them on the wall of my bathroom. Overall, I’m pleased with the quality and delivery — definitely exceeded my expectations.
