I am impressed with the look and feel of this 2 piece carving set. They are well constructed, feel heavy, but not too heavy to cut all meats from turkey to Rib-eye roasts. The set is made from German Steel that will not rust and has a full tang triple riveted construction for durability. I do recommend sharpening the knife with a sharpening steel regularly.. Richilde.
