This tree is very nice, but hard to get the branches to fully spread out and there's a few large gaps I had to hide/fill in with large ornaments so you don't see through to the other side. Pretty, but not quite like the photo. Still a very nice tree though.. Anonymous. Sun Nov 24 2024

Absolutely stunning tree. I had professional installation through Angi services. The tree came pre lit with each sections already wired. So the installer only had to piece together each section and plug in the main cord. I will say, the instructions did not include anything about the tree have a steelbraided cable and trim buckle system that attaches to the base via hooks. So that was a bit confusing. The actual pictures and instructions showed each section and how to piece together but nothing about the cable system that held the tree tight and upright. So I did take that off then realized my tree was swaying and figured out that was to help stabilize it so I had to hire additional help to comeback and reinstall the cable system on tree. Hence the lack of stars. It is very difficult to find a box to put the tree in after taking it down. So do consider that prior to purchasing 14’ tree. Overall the tree was beautiful. Really good quality stems and branches. Easy to fluff. Love how realistic the tree branches appear. So many compliments on the tree!. Allison. Thu Jan 15 2026

I am soooo happy I chose this tree! My research was deep. Ha. And I could get Balsam but paid 1/3 of their price for this and after fluffing (tedious af but worth it)… it looks glorious!
