The tree shape (slim) is exactly what we wanted. Unfortunately, after just 3 days, a section of lights went out and we could not get them to turn back on. Plan to return the tree. Disappointing for sure!

Very lousy quality ! Not worth the money

I don’t know .Bottom string of lights doesn’t work after one season. Trying to set up tree this year! Very disappointing!

I’m so disappointed in this tree - the branches are so sparse you can see straight through it even after meticulously fluffing every branch. It honestly looks like they just didn’t attach half the branches to the tree, it has so many giant holes. I’m not just looking at the post in the center, but straight out the other side. I would return it in a heartbeat, but I didn’t open and put it together until after the return window closed. Total waste of $500.

I was nervous to purchase this tree because there were no reviews for it. I liked the look of it in the picture and it had 1,200 LED lights on the 9ft tree, which was a lot compared to others I was looking at. The tree was delivered quickly and although it’s a bit early, I put it up. It comes in four pieces, each piece was supposed to be marked A, B, C, D so you would know which order to put them up. Two of the pieces were marked “C” which concerned me, but thankfully it was the correct piece but just marked incorrectly. The fluffing process took quite a long time but the result was worth it. The tree looks great, very much like the picture. Highly recommend that you take the time to fluff each branch to get a full look.

Not as expected. I did not like some of the (Paper/Plastic) TIPS. It also not a full tree. A lot of open space.

Easy to put together; is full and realistic looking. I would recommend!

PERFECT. I am eager to use it next holiday season. We ordered it after Christmas as our existing tree had lost three sets of lights. We put it up to insure it was functional and absolutely feel in love. We left it up in another room -- so had two trees up for just a little too long!
