Boosblock walnut wood cutting board. The item is made of all-natural American black walnut wood. Walnut sapwood is white and john boos use all of the wood. It's a tone color of the wood and the tone of the wood varies within the tree itself. Variations in the final product are not defects and therefore not covered under our warranty.

So far so good. No complaints yet. Hefty piece of wood. Very poor packaging for a 600 dollar - literally arrived in a box with no inner padding so some of the outer edges are a bit beat up, hence the 4 stars. That’s the only thing that I would be cautious about. Also waited for over a month for this piece to ship. We’ll see how it holds up over the next month or two.. Joshua. Sat Feb 10 2024
