When order was received the ornaments were thinly wrapped with one sheet of paper resulting in 2 being completely shattered in shipping. This was due to the packaging prepared at Wayfair, not Perigold. I called Perigold customer service and spoke with Kelly (in Atlanta). She was excellent and quickly solved the problem. These ornament balls were of high quality but in one set of 4, there were multiple color blemishes on 2 of 4 of the ornaments that prompted a return.
