When order was received the ornaments were thinly wrapped with one sheet of paper resulting in 2 being completely shattered in shipping. This was due to the packaging prepared at Wayfair, not Perigold. I called Perigold customer service and spoke with Kelly (in Atlanta). She was excellent and quickly solved the problem. A new shipment was sent out and I returned the first order. The replacements were perfect upon arrival. Very pleased with this product.
