We bought this in August of '21 and love it. It's a sleek design and the fan works great. If I would change anything, I would have four lights instead of two to distribute the light better. It arrived undamaged and as described. We've been using it for about a year and it's been great! It's quieter than I expected at 1200 CFM, and certainly at least as quiet as the more expensive hoods at the appliance store (although it's probably slightly louder than lower-flow hoods, so adjust your expectations based on that!)..
