Elevated design and quality. All finishes are thoughfully designed and finely manufactured. Very comfortable footrest placement for taller guests. Backrest is low profile above counter height and armrest is 2" below counter so this chair tucks under and becomes unobstrusive. Fabric is durable. Purchased as open box but still shocking to see how this was returned and re-sold. One chair has noticeable scuffs on the armrest and was re-shipped without any quality control inside a badly damaged box and purposefully destroyed packaging materials including forcefully smashed pieces of wooden pallet. The second chair came in perfect condition and extremely well-packaged, so whomever returned the first chair made an wantonly violent effort to damage a beautifully made piece.
