DO NOT BUY!!! I absolutely loved this table both online and once it arrived, but my tabletop cracked down the middle on both sides within just a few months. We literally only sat there for dinner once. Perigold was great about replacing the tabletop, claiming it must've been a one-off issue. Here I am again 1 month post tabletop #2 and its starting to crack again. I've done research and I think when wood is not finished properly it is prone to cracking with temperature changes. It is Winter here where I live, when I bought the first table it was Summer. So.... cold or hot, doesn't matter, the table cracks. I am so disappointed and don't even know what to do at this point. I'm not the only person this has happened to. This is a nearly $3,000 table and its extremely heavy / inconvenient to try and move in and out of your place.

Absolutey love this piece. The wood is a little hard to clean/dust however due to the deep grains in the wood, but worth it regardless.
